Apture Contextual Search Right on Your Web Page

OK, Apture, isn’t that new and contextual search isn’t either, but how many of us use it? So I checked out Apture’s Magic Search Bar and got a bit hooked.

Apture tells us in their sales pitch that,

  • Within the first second, over 70% of visitors scroll down the page, pushing your logo and search field off the screen.
  • More than 30% of readers leave the page to search for additional information. Give readers contextual search in your site so they won’t need to go out.

Contextual Search – Magic Search Bar

So, take a look at Apture’s Magic Search Bar which

  • Keeps your brand visible even when your audience scrolls down the page.
  • Gives readers the opportunity to share your articles on Facebook, Twitter and via E-mail.
  • Readers can find additional information from your site like Wikipedia and YouTube all without leaving the page.
